Registration Instructions for 2024 IEEE AI+ Congress

You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the registration process:

1.     Regular registration only for the authors with accepted papers includes:

 

The Regular registration fee is RMB 6000 (USD$840) for IEEE members, RMB 7200 (USD$1010) for non-IEEE members, RMB 4200 (USD$590) for IEEE student members, RMB3300 (USD$465) for IEEE Life members and RMB 5040 (USD$710) for non-IEEE student members. The deadline for Regular registration is Nov 22, 2024. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.

Basic registration fee is applied to other authors of the same paper that has been fully registered or other people who would like to attend physically the conference as well. The fee includes:

The Basic registration fee is RMB 3000 (USD$420) for IEEE members, RMB 3600 (USD$510) for non-IEEE members, RMB 2400 (USD$340) for IEEE student members, RMB 2000 (USD$280) for IEEE Life members and RMB 2600 (USD$360) for non-IEEE student members.

      NOTE: Besides the registered (either regular or basic) authors, if the parents, spouse, and children of the registered authors additionally want to attend the banquet ONLY, the fee for the Banquet and Award Ceremony Ticket is RMB 720 (USD $100) /person and must be paid.

2.     For Regular registration, in order to verify the IEEE membership to apply reduced registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form. Similarly, in order to verify the student status for granting reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to ieee-ai-congress@googlegroups.com. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.

3.     If you register for the main conference, for example, your paper is TrustCom-1570955047, please choose the conference name as "TrustCom", then fill in "1570955047" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect input of paper ID could cause registration failure. You can find your paper ID from the webpage:

 

4.     Registration payments can only be done via bank transfer, please use the following information:

For authors abroad, if you have any difficulty about payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us ieee-ai-congress@googlegroups.com for other options.

For domestic authors:

Please include a note on your bank transfer/payment indicating your name, the name of your conference/workshop/symposia and your paper ID. (Format: Paper ID + IEEE TrustCom/BigDataSE/CSE/EUC/iSCI 2024)

Please note that your local bank may charge you some additional fees in order to process a bank transfer. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the above account is no less than the required registration fee. After the bank transfer is complete, please send the scanned bank transfer receipt to ieee-ai-congress@googlegroups.com by email with the name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID. We will confirm your payment based on your scanned receipt.

If you really have problems on bank transfer from abroad, please contact us by emailing ieee-ai-congress@googlegroups.com for alternative solutions.

5.     We will send the receipt to authors by emails before the conference for Regular registration and Basic Registration.

For authors from China, if you need the congress to issue a receipt, please download the  information registration fee receipt form , fill it out and email it to  admin@ubitech.cn, and we will give you the receipt at the conference site.
